| Kendall D. Wooldridge (Kendall@whwadmin.com) President of Welcome Home Warranty Administrators has been in the home building and construction industry since 1990. Starting his career in the custom home building industry after receiving a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree from Texas A & M University, Kendall's resume illustrates a solid background in high volume and custom construction as well as customer relations and business management. Kendall assumes overall responsibility for the operations of the company and is directly involved with the builder and home owner in providing exceptional service and support. His membership and active role within the Greater Houston Builders Association allows Welcome Home Warranty Administrators to remain aware of the challenges faced by Houston area builders. Dillon (Darin@whwadmin.com) Vice President Operations & Development of Welcome Home Warranty Administrators has more than 25 years' experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Starting his career in the electronic security industry, he attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University. Over the years his focus has been directed towards business development, sales and implementing complex provisions for Fortune 1000 companies, Hospitals, Universities and Government municipalities. He possesses strong technical ability learned from experience in all facets of business including Construction, Design, Service, Sales, Project Management, Branch Management and as a Corporate Officer. Cheryl Dillon (Cheryl@whwadmin.com) Cheryl gained over ten years experience in providing quality customer service while managing the regional sales offices of a leading insurance company in Dallas and Oklahoma City. She coordinated services with insurance agents, customers and the home office of US Life Insurance Company. Cheryl earned a degree in business administration and most recently completed her master’s degree. Active in the local community, she serves on the board directors for Special Life Network which is a nonprofit organization established to assist churches in starting special needs ministries. |
